21 is a little on the high side for my curve, but I wanted to be sure of being able to drop Obliterator turn 4-5, so I erred a little high. I might bring it down after some testing.

Surgical extraction was on my original sb list, but I expect the only real combo deck in modern to be Hypergenesis, so I opted to have duress instead. Again, its a brand new format so things may change, but I think Duress is likely to be solid tech vs Hypergenesis.

I also expect modern to be a more creature-dominated meta. I don't think I would take out more than 4-6 anti-creature spells, as there are just so many great creatures for everyone.

Working on that part. I developed it to kill RDW and Tempered Steel.

I'm thinking of trading some of the protection for counterspells... main win-con is mill obviously

Read Grim Lavamancer. Fetchlands are great.

Probe doesn't actually do anything for this deck. Most of the cards your reccomending are pretty bad here, as they have a horrible cost-to-damage ratio

Decided to drop 2 lands, the mana curve is just so sweet :)

This is legacy. That means every deck is playing many non-basics. You can expect to see a 3:1 ratio in most decklists of non-basics to basics.

I would trade Needle Drop for Goblin Guide. That guy is arguably the best 1-drop red has ever seen.

You should also try to fit Volcanic Fallout and Sulfuric Vortex, maybe over Spike and Jet?

Also, 10-15 fetchlands seems the obvious thing to do

Moved Terastodon md. Also trying out Library instead of Ponder, and dropped Lightning Bolt. Thoughts?

Hmmm.... maybe I'll check those out. The lash might be good, though maybe a bit too expensive to use...

I considered Tempered steel, bt thats better in mono-W all artifacts :D

Meh, kinda. I've been thinking about dropping it to be honest, it is nice, but quite often I feel I would rather have something else. We are talking about Terastodon md on mtgs, which is definitely and interesting idea!

Pretty nice casual deck, although I dont think you need 4 MoM and 4 AoT maindeck. I would go maybe 2/2 and add 4 Sundial of the Infinites. You need that card!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, frankly I think that 2 Goyf is enough. If I was to drop Ooze I would likely look into another utility creature or upping Grim Lavamancer to a 2-of

If you don't want to maximize the pump and protection on your elves, how can you expect to win games against the dominate decks, that all run mass damage or Wrath-style sweepers? The best deck right now is probably UB Control, which has 2-3 BSZ md. How do you beat that? you have virtually no card advantage, and few of your elves are truly threats by themselves, so a control player would be able to save his removal for your PWs and Lead the Stampede.

I find them both helpful. Fire kills x/1 or x/2 utility creatures like Bob, Cursecatcher, and SFM. Ice taps down enemy goyfs, KotR, etc. Both rather nice.

Except... he's completely useless. The way the combo works is you cast Recruit, grabbing another, and go through all of your recruits like this. Then you grab an Empath, then a Demon, then repeat through all your empaths and Demons. Then you cast Emrakul and win. Where is there room for this guy exactly?

I was wondering why my original list came up at 57 cards...

Yea, bolt is pretty cool. You don't like it?
