Looks pretty good. I would check out Thopter Assembly, its a little slower but it is a two card infinite turn combo.

I guess cutting Rafiq might make sense.

Rhox is better than KotR because in the games this deck loses, lifeline is huge. Rhox is much better vs Red or Boros than KotR is. I don't understand why Ardent Plea is bad still... Everry card in the deck is something I would like to see on the cascade, so your argument makes little sense. Thanks though.

Ah, so you were just really freaking lucky. Not much you can do about that.

Wurm doesn't really do anything to a hawk unless they overextend... 3-2=1>0

Testing results:
20-2 Boros
14-16 Caw-Blade
20-10 BR Vampires
20-7 Valakut

I just got a better idea on how to do this, that will improve the Caw-Blade and Vamps matchup...

Hmmm... Fish-go...

I did some experimenting, but I feel the only format with the peices for a decent deck is Legacy... and then you should be just using Merfolk Fish. It was a cool thought though :)

Huh. I thought this WAS a control deck :P Guess I was fooled by... every card? 13 creatures is never aggro :P

Yea, I dunno if you saw my Stoneforge Junk deck, but I'm going to do the samething in Naya, since T3-5 Graves win games, but T3-5 Infernos make people rant-quit :) And I get a tutroable sniper.

More CC! That card rocks. If you can afford it, Counterballence is amazing, and Spell Pierce should be in here too. Wing Shards is rather clever. I think Frosty or Stormtide would make a good finisher.

Thanks :)

I think I have a way to beat both Valakut and Caw-Blade! I'm very excited, the two decks will be up shortly.

... Insert humble comment here.

@ Surewhynot: Thanks man ! Now I have a new goal :)
@ Whiteandblue: You got luck that my deck hadn't produced any ornithopters then. I have never lost vs Reanimator. Also lucky that it didn't draw Extirpate

Only a 89% wining? Uh oh, I better fix that :P

In all seriousness though, thanks a lot! I've won three legacy tourniments with this deck and I am still going strong. I love it.

Have you concidered the 1-drop living weapon? I have found that he and mox work well together. I have a Kred deck on page 3 you might be interested in seeing.

I like it! You may want to concider BR instead of RW, I'm not really impressed with what white gives you, whir black gives Pawn of Ulamog, Blade of the Bloodcheif, and Bloodthrone

I like what you have done Ethan, your rather good at this game. I think Tumble magnet is your best answer to Caw-Blade, and therefore is ridiculously important to your deco. Pro black kinda kills black removal.

I would also agree with Edna about the land count but more so. Run 2-6 more. There's a reason most control decks run 26-28 lands. I also wonder about the exclusion of JTMS. If you add 4 more blue sources I could see him working. I think Vat is simply too espensive to be worth it in a format with exactly 4 important creatures with power>4!

An interesting approach might be dropping U for R. Gives you better spot removal for the current meta certainly, cheap anti-artifact weapons, and Inferno Titan. That dude hoses Aggro, so he is perfect right now. One of my buddies at starcitygames.com is writing an article analyzing the titans. Nit sure if it is out yet but I hav read it and it is wonderful. We talked about it a while and I sleeved up a deck with Inferno and took apart Caw-Blade. Very awesome.

I guess you were right about my lack of commenting being the source of the lack of comments on my own works. Do you have anyone in pertular who I might BW interested in?

TES and, even more, Spiral Fu-- I mean, Spiral Tide. Apparently some people other than me realized that decks awesome, it took multiple spots at Edison. There was also an Affinity deck in the top 8 but I think it was much worse than this one :/

Oh, I met my new best friend: Cannonist how the heck did I forget that card???
