also, most decks don't need 25 lands, you could probably get away with 24, especially if you drop to 2 go for the throats, and 2 doom blades, and run 4 sign in blood. also, definitely run 4 blade of the blood chief, and 4 gatekeeper of malakir. :)

although mono black vamps are fun, they've sorta lost their power b/c black/red vamps overwhelm them...

however, i do think that mono black vamp sac still has a LOT of potential.

also, nighthawk is an insanely awesome card, i'd run more of it, and you're missing the best vamp card around! blade of the bloodchief! :O

ha, anyways, check out my deck, and maybe hit my like button since i hit yours? ;) hehe

although I do like the eldrazi tokens a lot, I don't think it gets out emrakul any faster unless you're playing like doubling season or something. (4uncolored, 1 green enchantment that says whenever an effect would put 1 or more tokens into play, put twice that many instead) which is awesome.

I just feel like running verdant catacombs in there (to deck thin) as well as misty (just for forests) and marsh flats (just for black) would be awesome! b/c well, then you could run lotus cobra, and run walls of tanglecord. it would help you stall before you can wreck face with your big guys, and thin your deck out so you draw what you want. :)
also, hypergenesis may not be SUCH a great plan when you only really have 2 creatures you'll want to use it with, maybe run the best card you could possibly run in this deck instead, "summoning trap" it's a 5 uncolored, 2 green, whenever a creature spell is countered by an oponent, you may pay 0 instead, and it lets you reveal the top 7 cards of your library and put creature card that was revealed that way onto the field, and the rest on the bottom of your deck in any order...

so if you the following you'd win more often (but winning is kinda boring. xD i mean honestly, it is, that's why i have a relentless rats deck. :D) if you played these instead:

4 lotus cobra
8-12 tap sac lands and going to around 23 lands
4 birds of paradise
4 summoning trap
4 wall of tanglecord
4 green sun zenith
2 glissa the traitor (even going mono green you could run 1 glissa and green sun into it)
4 eldrazi total (more to summoning trap into)

but that's just in standard, there's also a 1 uncolored, 1 green 0/4 wall that lets you draw a card when it comes into play, works well alongside wall of tanglecord, and replaces itself in your hand and stalls them out.

but hey, that's just me. xD haha

anyways, check out the deck I just made, hopefully you'll like my advice and "like" my deck? -hint hint- lolol, anyways, good luck and have fun! :) let me know what you think of mine even if you don't hit the like button? :)

lol i totally thought by that you meant you had 100 elves in the deck and i was like lolWHUT?

no, i like the deck, but running those 1-of's is going to be a pain. honestly, I feel like it'll make the deck slightly unreliable, maybe a bit off-and-on, but harmonize helps.

the emrakul is a bit awkward too, but still fun. :)

maybe drop some of the 1-of's, and some mana ramp, reduce to 60 cards, then rock some green sun's zenith so you can get out exactly what you want when you want it. :) it should make it more reliable.

my only elves deck right now is standard, but see how consistent it is in draws?

also, maybe run some more nissa? i know that in your type quick damage can be a big problem, as can people discarding your hand and what not. some of those combos are insane. so yeah, maybe try 2 nissa revane, if nothing else, for the lifegain +1 ability?

also, check out my new deck? and let me know what you think? :) like for like?

I did it, definitely enough tutors to get pariah and pariah's shield out, i just don't know if maybe running saw wall of omens or more white "answers" would be better.
getting enough mana, and having enough creatures on the field to get out your cho-manno would be GODTIER, it just doesn't seem largely pheaseable in the type you're playing. other things would probably beat your face in before hand, so try for some white answers and then you could wreck face

the deck just isn't fast enough to deal with valakut (a current /standard/ deck) so idk how it'll fair against other in the type without exiles and other godtier white cards. :) i do really, really like it though! :) maybe throw in some white counter-spells too?

my standard deck, in fnm's i've gone 3-1, 2-2, 2-2, and 3-1 again.
16 rats, 22 lands, and tons of black removal, oh and sign in blood, but that's only to get out more removal, honestly.
lucky no one plays memoricide but your deck isn't fast enough to not have answers, and in that format, you'll be dead by the time you have 2 or 3 rats out.

i definatly like the deck, though i think i'm going to make a few changes and i'll post my version of it. argentum is great, obviously, but i feel like you'll leave yourself too exposed until turn maybe 4 or 5, and even then you'll only have one big guy on the field. seems kinda... idk. odd to me. xD but it could work. definatly. :)

have you thought about the card tec edge? and how it'll completely destroy you? :O
also, i'm pretty sure that i wouldn't run the red at all (keep the red lands in there all you want) besides mountains and what not...

instead i'd run primeval and keep it green white.

yeah i think it works well. :) i mean, it does it's job. there are a few things i can't deal with, specifically "day of judgement" on game one in a tournament... :/ i don't have enough control for that .

but even in tournaments there's been actual times where i've swung for 10 or 12 on turn 2. :)

plus, i never see anyone play this deck or anything close to it, so it's fun being the first in my cirlce (of two stores) to play a deck i made, that is competetive in standard. :)

I mean i wouldn't have all of them on the field. but having a 1/15 chance of drawing on, meaning i'd half a little less than half a chance to have on in my opening hand... i doubt i'd ever have more than 1 on the field, b/c having 2 draws means i'd have plenty of other things to cast. :)

that, sir, is a REAL rat infestation. :P

on the other hand, i'd drop the consuming vapors for doom blades or grasp of darkness. :) but other than that it looks fun!

that is pretty similar lol! I definatly like it though! :D a lot!

I thought about a few of those cards, like chalice, but eventually decided it slowed down my deck too much... though the "any color" is swell. :/

i'm not 100% sure how i feel about hellkite here, but i could definatly see that when you pull it, it would win you the game. maybe i'll sideboard it in or play test it. fun addition!

as for that deck, I'm convinced that dropping the stoic rebuttle is a good idea. It slows down the deck, and needs 2 blue, which is rough in a deck that already needs 2 whites for a different card... (though i suppose that that is why you threw in the chalice)

maybe running the ajanis and tempered steels might be okay if you dropped something (idk what you have room to drop though) and added more blue control, or even black. think (like what i switched my inquisition to) go for the throat, and/or doomblade. then you only need 1 black mana and that can help you out a LOT against certain types of decks, especially ones with lots of flying.

I feel like you're deck is a lot more mid-game than mine. where i focus on heavy aggro at the beginning, your addition of more control oriented cards makes it a little unfocused. mid-game isn't bad, don't get me wrong, but it might not be AS competitive. (i'm not 100% sure though, and I'm running mine competitively tomorrow night for the first time)

I'm glad to see other people using tezz for a deck besides the pro-tour one! :D i feel like that doesn't happen enough! good luck and I hope the deck goes great for you! :D

I have enough creatures that +1/+1 and vig is epic for 4 turns in a row.

Running 4 tezz's makes things rough if i get 2, and I already run 4 of other "boosters" (tempered steel and steel overseer) so if i'm running white why not get 4 turns of +1/+1 counters and vig.

if you think it's redundant, think about that i can then attack WITH steel overseer if i need to, they double block him, and take shit tons more. if they don't then i have one free attacker, and after their declare blockers step i tap him. giving me the attack AND the +1/+1 counters. (at least that's the ruling that I heard, but even if not i can just tap him at the end of their turn, or just get the extra +1/+1 counters)

the zero drops are swell, and they're great! but they're so weak. which is why I run so many "buffing" cards
3 x ajani
3 x tezz
4 x tempered steel
4 x steel overseer

that's 14 buffing cards in my deck, 6 of which are plains walkers, meaning they'll attack them with multiple creatures and i can let them kill the planeswalker then swing for game. And if it's ajani, I have vig anyways, so i can swing, AND block. :)

3 opals are any color, 5 lands are plains to help with that, then i have marsh flats. that's 12 different ways i can white mana, and in even a 2 color deck, that's not bad at all...

as for inkmoth, i honestly think it'll just slow down the game b/c it's colorless. I cant afford to have colorless mana in here... honestly speaking, not to mention that infecting someone to death isn't really the point of the deck.

as for black suns, when i face control, i sideboard in control. and LOTS of it.
