Um...for the most part yeah.

hehehe thanks. By the way, I have returned! =]
Damn. Nice deck, I'm not surprised with those great results either. I suggest seeing how Galvanic Blast works for you. It just might be consistent enough in this to work for you, and that extra little bit always helps.
Love it except for one thing. You should REALLY put in Khalni Heart Expedition in the place of Rampant Growth. Same cost, twice the lands. The extra requirement should be a cakewalk for you anyway.
Exactly...Multi-color =/= Stompy. And I have no frickin' clue what you'd call it either haha. Oh, and SERIOUSLY, I know you've posted that same message many a time before...but with the easiest sub-type in my list of ones to still do being frickin' Horde-Stomp...Nah, not making one for a good while... (Honestly, I have no clue how to do a Horde-Stomp...maybe you could try it out? =P)
Thanks fluff. I'm not sure why he posted that, but I hope my response clears up any tension that may have, for whatever reason, come up. =/ I'm glad you like this one. It was a chore to build, and I usually love making Stompy decks (as if it wasn't obvious =P) so this positive feedback is a nice reward for that. As I said in the previous post, I will be gone for a while on vacation, but I will try to check out your decks if/when I get a chance. =]
Well, it hit the top, so it can't be all that bad now can it? =] I'll still give it a check later on when I can. (Gonna be gone on vacation for a while)
Sorry, and thanks =]
Yeah, it really is more for iron-fish. I've never liked iron-fish though, it's a really...boring concept =/
Good call. Thanks! =]
Tanglewood? Also, yeah don't splash R for Koth. Personally, I never thought current Ramp decks should use red. So what if Valakut is around?! You know how many cards are wasted in Valakut Ramp because of the front part of the title being "Valakut"? About 10. That's more than 15% of the deck. If I had my way, that dumb land would be a $0.10 card. -_- Sorry for the rant. tl;dr -- Don't use red in a ramp
Put in Lightmine Field in their place. They are awesome, but trust me when I say few cards exist that put a bigger target on your head. =/ How about "That's Bant-tastic!"? Hell I dunno, I'm not that great at names for other people's decks... Have you seen my Metal-Stomp? (and I know...I'm SERIOUSLY taking a break from Stompy building for a long time now. Promise. =P) http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=128224
Will do. And I can't wait to see the deck. =]
Wow dude. Thank you very much for the compliment. Unfortunately, I don't think I could ever see myself as a dedicated Tourney deck builder. I did it once for a friend, and he got 3rd in my state with the deck I made...but the emails and unwanted attention I got as a result (still get some every once in a while) was just a nightmare I really don't want to deal with again. And I think innovation is still very much alive, but all the tourney-goers are looking in all the wrong places...mtgsalvation being one of them in my personal opinion. Seriously dude, this compliment made my day, thank you =]
Seriously. Lightmine Field should say "As Lightmine Field enters the battlefield, target aggro player concedes the game." XD Glad you're a fan. Have any suggestions?
To quote a friend, "You don't play against Countertop...you watch." =P I haven't lost with this since I made it. Glad you like it. =]
Yeah, I was never planning on taking it to a legacy tourney...or any tourney for that matter. This is mostly for casual to be honest. =]
You mean for against Life-gain? Well Sorin is pretty good for that. Leyline of Punishment works well, so does poison/infect (obviously). Quietus Spike is damn sexy, but that's not standard...same with False Cure, again...not standard. Needlebite Trap is so-so...it'll slow them down a little. Mostly when facing LG, you can't really count on going aggro enough to kill them unless you're running Vampires or something VERY fast and/or hard-hitting. In your case, being a control deck, just keep the control going and make sure they can't use Felidar. If you do that, you should be able to mill them out.
Oh, and yeah...I love Metal-Stomp. I can see the risks of using it, since there's an ass-load of artifact hate cards, but the risk is well worth the rewards I think. Soulgorger?! That thing on turn 2 will give someone a heart attack! I still have a few more Stompy sub-types to tackle, but probably won't for a while. One reason being that I need a break from Stompy making and the other being that the others to make include "Horde-Stomp" (No idea how to do this yet), and the 14 and 10-land Stomps. -_-
I did think about him, but ran into a catch-22 whenever I tried him out. To get out enough artifacts to play him with ease, I essentially make his affinity-granting a moot point. Sure, when he finally comes out pretty much everything's free...but when he finally comes out, I don't need it =/ I wish he cost less, because he would be a great speed boost.
