By the way, if I make any other Tempo decks, they too will have a Latin phrase as their title.

Maybe..."Memento Mori?" or..."Semper Finalae"? =]

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Don't use Sorin! I wish it wasn't so...because he is an absolute BAMF, but as a card (at this point) Sorin is just...bad.

yeah, for the most part. I have had some moments where I've seen a leveler deck go pretty quick and aggro...it was very similar to this one. still, that was a lucky break...

Doesn't mean that levelers aren't frickin' fun as hell to use!

Always glad to help. =]

This (as it is now) shouldn't cost -too- much to get, and I know you're going to like it =]

Chalice is for ANT to be honest. Just...put it down =P

Glad you're a fan =]

The main thing with the Spinx, which I love, is that it's sort of redundant with an infinite damage/turns/life/creatures/attack power combo...

I'll take a look at the deck of course =]

Time Sieve + Thopter Foundry + Sword of the Meek and 5 mana = infinite turns. No need for that card. =]

I'm serious when I say, I changed this original design because I thought it was too unfair.

I am going to change it a little bit though. It needs a little speed boost. >=}

Yes. And, better yet, Oran-Rief says "that came into play", not "that was played/cast". This means my Kinship effect with Leaf-crowned works with it. The synergy is freakin' fantastic! =]

It's a good idea, but the effect of 2 lands on the field versus just one in my hand is more appealing to me. Still, I appreciate the suggestion =]

Well of course! Plus, they work very nicely with Braids.

Yeah, I have 16 things that count as forests, and a maximum 12 that I could grab with Cultivate/Khalni Heart Expedition. Truth be told the mana ramping I get from them is just an added bonus to the main reason I use them -- deck thinning. Dumping out all those lands makes my chances of spewing out treefolk much higher. =]

Eh, with all the lords I have in this, using those cards would just be superfluous =/

Also, I have to apologize, if there's one type of deck I've never been good at giving advice on, it's Merfolk. Hell, look at my Merfolk deck...it sucks! Sorry, but this is one rare occasion where I just won't help =/

(not out of malice obviously...I just won't be of use)

Well Tainted Sigil combined with Sanguine Bond can kill someone pretty damn fast, and sacrificing the sigil after someone hits you with an ass-load of damage will make them want to cry. With this one it's really a bit of a toss-up. They're both excellent cards for their own different qualities. Now that I look at it, I would take out the Orzhov Signets, as they're much slower than you may think and use both of them. (Using the Elixir to get your Sigils back is pretty mean =P)

I would play-test with the actual deck to see how much you need all 4 Basilicas...I find the sample hand thingy here is a bit "too" random at times.

Always glad to help =]

No, see...the chains are better than just that. They force milling or discarding or both! The chains are just so much more versatile.

I would really recommend not using the Masticore. It's more of a problem than a help unless you make a whole deck around it completely. =/

Also, I would try to switch to 4 Vengevines and 2 Shamans if you can.

Last thing (for now I think) is to put Fog in the Sideboard. It ruins the day of an infect deck, but other than that, you don't really need it.
