An appropriate deck :)
So many users who have been dormant for years are suddenly popping up all over mtgvault.
It almost feels like an infestation:)

And to make it even more bizarre, it's happening during summertime.
Usually I'm alone with one or two people during the summer.

Someone would always ask "is mtgvault dying, because noones here" and then we would all worry until one of us said "duh, it's summertime"

But this year it's like the end of days :)

All the dead are crawling back into the light...
Hell on earth is comming.

Abiding some of the new cards makes for some fun situations.

Steal it's eyes
Learn their secrets
And make camp

But part of me feels like the opponent should be the one choosing the outcome, so people would get the feel of being a DM.

What does matter is the future actions of this user account.
If you become a both engaged and productive member striving to build up a better site, then I'm proven wrong in a positive way. If not I'm proven right in a negative way.

Either way I will know, and learn and build up more knowledge.
For me it's sort of a side tracking. I'd prefer to spend my time more productively, but in a way I've improved on my own routines.

I could spend a little more time on reinforcing my own linkage systems which would supply me with enough readers to bring me some feedback, but at the same time I've been a boss for too long and hate to see someone jam the production line.

Anyways it's all a sort of study to me concerning the way humans try to imprison each others.
I'm working hard on designing structures to make people free. But first I sort of have to convince them of how trapped they are in both their own systems as well as others.

If I can release the troll from his true chains it will be easier to start freeing everyone else.

It's a complex and long story, but if you got the time for it, then I got time for it too :)

Because of the facebook generation which is used to just post stuff and then expect people to take an interest in their life it's ironically become a world where people have become indifferent to other peoples lives.

That means that sites like this is more about getting allies and popping up unexpectedly to attract viewers.
In older magic forums people actively sought out each other for company rather than to get a +1 upvote.

I'm close to reaching my 5000th comment, and I've gotten a higher number of views on most of my pages in a week than some people get by updating theirs frequently in a year.

I'm more voice than posts, and that means people can sort of relate to me more than the usual wordless post.

It does take some time and personality to cut through though.

There is a troll in here who has spent years on creating fake accounts for some reason, and he has a system where he can quickly find 50-60 of his accounts by using key phrases within the usernames.

Since your username contains two of these phrases and you had 4 sol rings and 3 demonic tutors in your design, then it is likely that you are the troll, part of the methods he uses to create and transfer decks involves the chance of copying errors, which often results in stuff like that.

He also has a preference of listing decks with odd details like 61 cards lists or mono black decks with 4 marsh flats in them.
He does this to bait people to respond to the posts.

But because of the indifferent generation we are facing noone else by me gets triggered by stuff like that.

I'm a talker, so in a way I don't mind chatting with a troll, but I do dream of building up behavioral patterns that will get people back to a more connected lifestyle, because so much time is going to waste over nothing.

I do have a way of progressing my own stuff and have an actual end product, but I could work a lot faster with a more connected crowd.

I do wonder if the troll realises that his time on earth is limited.

Frankly I find it odd that he builds up a monument that practically noone else but me can see the scope of.

One of his overall flaws are that when he finally gets a triggered comment he rarely changes the decks, probably because he has several thousands and can't be bothered, but it does make me able to identify him :)

Anyways, there's a chance that you aren't the troll, so if you read my guide you might get to talk with others.

The best way is actually to just pick a random person that seem to have an interest for the same decktypes as yourself.
Just don't get discouraged if the first 9 people are unresponsive.

With cards like asylum Skeleton you can shoot creatures down rather than relying on deathtouch+ram through.

Zombie bombardment has long been a powerhouse in legacy, so skeleton bombardment should be able to get there as well.

I'm asperger which is why I love to chase patterns in all parts of the world, and I love to use patterns to create new technology, not just in magic.

Currently I'm trying to create a new archetype of decks, part of the concept is what I call a cycleboard.

When you study most magic decks and how they defend themselves against specific types of decks you will see that most players put keycards against those decks in the sideboard.

Most of my life I've always wondered if it wasn't better to have cards like that in the mainboard too, because otherwise you lose game 1 at a 100%

I usually find out the perfect number of cards like that to keep in the mainboard.

The only problem is that these numbers are usually low, but I've solved the problem by using only cycling cards in the sideboard.

By removing what doesn't work from the mainboard and adding cycling I get to increase the odds of drawing the remaining key cards.

Did you search for other usernames with lex in their name ?

One reason why I noticed you was your large sideboard, you see the troll might use large sideboards too as "deck factories" by switching cards from main to sideboard and the other way around, the troll can make what looks like a new deck in a few minutes.

That might be one reason why the troll favors to create a lot of EDH decks.

You can also just have barbarian class and delina on the table, target selina with itself. Barbarian class alters the odds enough that you get an awesome number of attacking delinas...

Seems like an interesting take on the old orb/relic combo

Hows the premodern format doing these days ?
It's caused an increase in value on gaea's cradle, so I guess it's spreading ?

When I heard of the formats revival I brainstormed at least 50 decks from memory, many of which haven't been seen in premodern last time I checked.

Has reaplace become a thing yet ?
It was the most brutal deck in the past, and sort of one I'd expect to resurface.

It's the white card that costs 1 and a phyrexian mana, instant, target creature or artifact gains protection from a color or artifacts until end of turn. The name is xxxx blessing always thinks it's patriarchs :)

There are some other "revival cards" that may be good. I think one was named back to back or bring back or something.

I have a few decks with large sideboard if I have an extensive sideboard.

We do have a troll that uses key phrases to create a massive amount of accounts.
It's like he tries to flood the place with data, but thanx to cloud technology his in for a sissyphoss task.

One of his keywords happens to be lex, which means I'm keeping track of people with lex in their username.

Since his preferred method is to post a deck altered in some weird way to bait people into asking him about that detail, then I'm on the lookout for odd numbers in the deck, like your large sideboard.

He has many key phrases and has been very active lately, so I'm on the lookout for his movements.

Since he hates not being active he's productive enough that I an gister a lot of those key phrases.

They will be the key to his downfall.

If you turn out to be a well behaved productive member I will cross you off my checklist.
Odds are that you might be the troll, but that is of little importance in the end, which is why I'm sharing this.

In the case that you are not the troll, be on the lookout for new usernames containing the three letters lex in that order.

If you are curious to whom might be the troll, search for the username lex, and you will be able to see a bunch of usernames. Usually the oldest of his accounts are the most visible, and that's where his experiments with the usernames will be clunky and in-elegant.

I'll be keeping an eye on you, and hundreds of others ;)

But I've been tracking things for a bit, and can say that you've
Always gone under my radar.

I have discovered that the troll has been playing games with you through other accounts, so I thought it might interest you to know that the troll has an easy way to be identified.

The troll uses key phrases when creating new accounts to keep track of his work, and one of the key phrases is old

So I looked at your stuff pretty thoroughly and estimated that though you have old in your account name you aren't the troll.

If you see other users starting to produce posts that contain old in their username I'd be happy to receive a notification about it.

I agree, it's an interesting idea.
I think tajic is better than rokiric though.

I also think selfless spirit needs some support, as the opponent will likely aim at it as soon as it hits the table in game two. Spellskite or patriarchs blessing.
