Okay alfred, have you thought about today's "incident?"
I wrote a comment, which caused the "angry one"
To delete all his comments. Did you manage to see what it was that I wrote before I deleted it ?

It's cool and fair that you intervened, and defended alfred, because he's nice and helpful, and interested in other people. However there was some advanced context involved here, and sometimes the whole picture isn't always as clear as you think.

For example I've been hunting a troll in here for a while, and by default I treated him as just another troll. While I did nail some of his motives for behaving as a troll, I forgot to think about the overall motives for his behaviour, but watching edward scissorhands today by chance made me think about why I considered the troll to be monstrous, and by doing that I actually discovered a second layer to the trolls behaviour that has made me reevaluate my oppinion of him.

I'm actually leaning towards defending part of his behaviour by now even though I disliked his methods.

Discovering who's the good and who's bad can be such a complex thing.

I'm going to have a small chat with hexo666, because he certainly misinterpreted the intentions of alfred, and probably mine as well :)

But thanks for calming the waters, though violence is sort of an ultimate problem solver, anger certainly isn't :)

I would keep 4 of the goblin, and test heavily how many baral I could remove.
I suspect that the smart thing might be to remove some of the cantrip (serum visions, opt or slight of hand) as these draws you just 1 card. Some of these would be good to prepare what you will draw with the gambit.

But gambit could potentially become a 0-cost drawcard.

Hold that thought for a second :)
It might be that adding that card would make it more advantageous to keep 4 of each reducer.
If you cut anyways I think the best thing to cut would be one or more baral because you can have 4 of the goblins in play.

Let's get Alfred's oppinion here, he has a wast collection of storm decks and has a lot more authority on those than I have :)

I got a crazy crazy replacement.
Tezzeret's gambit
It's blue mana can be paid by life, so it costs 3 colourless when theres no reducers in play.
If there are one of each reducers it costs 1 mana and two life.

What do you think alfred ?
Could it become a usefull drawcard in any izzet storm ?

Sometimes people just store up small annoyances and end up exploding.
You and me are the bad guys this time :)
I'll tell you about it one day.

In Denmark sidney Lee is famous for trying to be famous. He loved the media a lot.
I used to spend a lot of time trying to make changes in the Danish world of magic and aggressively tried to prove a lot of theories. I made impact enough that people still talk about stuff I did 10 years ago.

Twozach2:
In the defense of hexo666
Both me and alfred have had a crazy "game" in here where we competed to get people to vote on some of our stuff.
We did go a little overboard at that time and it could have been interpreted as harassment.

Alfred is open and curious and ask lots of questions, he might have forgotten "what we did" even though it was rather harmless.

Hexo666 might have misinterpreted Alfred's nature which is why he lashed out like this...
Hexo666 has withdrawn his comments which is okay with me as a sign of peace.

Well, welcome to mtgvault :)
I guess you are here because you got a mtg podcast of some sorts.
We already have magicaidsyoutube as a member.

While it's good to see someone who loves the game enough to podcast about it, I gotta warn you that you've picked a time where this place is in a bit of a disarray.

We both have a troll and a low spirited community.

Usually a post gets covered below other posts in 1-2 days because the troll upvotes random old posts to disrupt the community.

So if you want to settle down, you might end up having to work at a lot more decks than you've originally intended.

On the upside you will bring visions to a starving public and will probably become more creative and faster at what you are doing.

Again, welcome to this place.

I'm wickeddarkman, known in Denmark as the sidney Lee of magic.
I'm always up to my ears in strange projects, mostly using evolution to design decks for me.

I know quite a lot about evolution and mill, so if you ever need advice in either, I'm the guy to contact.

Alfred is also a cool person with many ideas and schooled in many formats.

If you are wondering why my comments get downvoted, it's the troll. I'm campaigning against him.

I think he means khamalxxx
Khamal has been talking with you and doesn't seem to mind you being around, so in this case I think hexo666 is speaking on his own.

If you remember back in time we did plague them with our unexpected voters war, and I think hexo666 might remember that and thinks it's a personal attack.

You did ask a lot about why they didn't speak English and kept to themselves.

Hexo666 also does seem to have a little bit of a temperament, which is why I rarely do more than upvote him occasionally when he does something good.

Because I went to war against him.
Before I trolled the troll he downvoted a lot of others but not me.
I gave him someone to single out. It's funny how the campaign got him scared. He probably think I can't find him again , but it was easy the last time. He even did some test runs before he started down voting me again. I considered calling him out at that time, but it would give me more data to just let him think he wasn't observed.

Part of my campaign was actually to become the major target. I'm becoming his weakness, and that gives me the power over him. Pushing his buttons will become a new hobby for me.

No, I meant the squirrel could be polymorph material, or even found with polymorph :)

Ah, I get it.

But you got me in a mood, so...

Science got an explanation for it.

Stories about Angel's and demons and "others" like the fair folk are possibly the remnants of verbal stories about the other humans we used to coexist with in the deep past.

When they died out we started to exaggerate our stories about them.

Some humanoids preferred to be cave-dwellers, others preferred to live out in the open, and we were sort of preferring a mix.

Our stories started to orient from that perspective, others lived below others lived above.
There is no larger culture that doesn't have myths of beings below and above us.

I think morph is an ability rather than a cost, so I'm not certain the herald would lower the payment.
If it does it would be nice, but yeah it would need protection too.

No, my tweak would be focussed on playing as many morphs as possible during a turn, and if it wasn't possible to play a morph, the rest of the mana should be spent on casting spells normally.

Turn 1 and two there would be cast no morphs.
Turn three a morph would be cast.
Turn four a morph and a 1 cost spell.

Sort of like that.

He seems to hate it when other people talk with me.
