I'd really like Gitaxian Probe in here, but I just don´t know what to replace.
Yeah, Show and Tell - $60 for a single copy, and I think FoW is about the same. They will be the last cards I buy, and it´s only one card per month, some time in the distant future ;P It may also come to 1 of those per every second month, for now I´m just glad that my shop allows proxies =D

Have you considered 'Squee, Goblin Nabob?' - He goes well against Discard, and you could 'Goblin Grenade' him as much as you would like.
Last time I checked he was $2 from Modern Masters. He´ll get the job done :)

You´ve got a great setup for running 'Winter Orb' - but then you´d need 2 more Mox Diamonds. Goblin control FTW !

The Gitaxian Probe life cost is 1, because it is equivalent to one {U} mana, and you are spot on with the new Legend rule. Tolarian Academy, Gaea's Cradle and Serra's Sanctum all do the same - which is why they sky-rocketed in price.

If you own any of the above, then keep 'em until you want a new car ^_<

After a look a your library, I think that what you need is card draw and mana speed. The card draw can be found in 'Skullclamp' and speed, I highly recommend 'Rite of Flame'
Also, Goblin Guide (I´ve played a few tourneys with him) is an absolute atom bomb. A t1 Mountain, Rite of Flame and two Guides. 4 Damage and possibly 2 milled cards, or you get to know what your opponent will possess the coming turns, can´t beat that.

If you´re tired of waiting a turn or two for your gobbah´s to gain Haste, then 'Burst of Speed' is an OK replacement, I´d go for 'Reckless Charge' though, even if it´s only one critter, for the buff =)

If you need a counter to, for example, a 'Disfigure' then 'Brute Force' is a house, trust me :)

All in all you´ve got a good solid frame for a Gobbah, and honestly I wouldn´t know what to cut...

Another good add is x4 'Tarfire' since it combos with the Ringleader.

Okay, so. I did a bit of digging, and found a few cards I think would benefit your deck.

If you get to use 'Vampiric Tutor' often, or, if you don´t mind the loss of life, then 'Spoils of the Vault' would fit the theme. Also, if your not hellbent on keeping it MB, then I´d strongly recommend 'Gitaxian Probe' for a more consistent deck - You needn´t add 'Island´s' but pay the 2 life. 2 Life versus consistent card draw is nothing, plus you´d get it all back via the Tendrils =D

Lastly, and most expensively, a playset of 'Mox Opal' will never hurt. You see, with the new "Legend Rule" you get to choose which Legendary card gets to end up permanently on the Battlefield, that means you could get 4 mana of any color for free and 0 life loss

But what you replace?
The only thing I can think of is your lands. 8 more zero drops, 4 of which gives you "free" cards, free mana and a card enabler. Also if you need more mana, then 'Cabal Ritual' will help you remarkably.

This is one of the best discard/control decks I´ve seen in some time - You did an awesome job here, sir !

'Ensnaring Bridge' is one of my favorite card in M:tG, althought I prefer the Stronghold art, but it´s still f**k&%g godlike.

'Funeral Charm' will help you a long way - Instant discard is just pure evil ]:-D

A good and beneficial card to combo with the Demigod is 'Buried Alive' Of course its not a fail-proof combo, but it does tend to work =) It can also be used by critters with the 'Unearth' ability.

You definitely need at least 1 x 'Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth' It benefits not only your swampwalkers but also 'Liliana of the Dark Realms' but beware the 'Stern Judge' !

Really well constructed, man =) The only suggestion I have is 'Mana Tithe' to make it even more annoying to play against =)

'Tinker' could give you quite the advantage :D
