Also, if you´re looking for Red Mana Ramp, I´d highly recommend 'Rite of Flame' and 'Pyretic Ritual'

You could have an insta-win with 'Worldfire' and 'Keldon Marauders'

I like this RDW, however I think that you need at least a ps of 'Chain Lightning' since it´s Legacy. I like that you only have two Fireblasts, it could be a game-changer if you drew two in a row.
If you want to go "Miracle" then I´d suggest a full playset Thunderous Wrath - nice card btw - and maybe some anti-land cards, like Molten Rain and/or Price of Progress, but that depends on your meta =)
