You should take out braid of fire, it's not doing anything for you in this deck. You don't have any instants (other than rite of flame) or red mana cumulative upkeep cards. Your mana pool emptys after your upkeep so you'd have to use braid of fires mana before the end of the upkeep. Unless I'm missing something.

Otherwise I really like this deck, Karplusan Minotaur is amazing for this deck =p

No doubt, of course =p Theres nothing wrong with adding blue for some brainstorm, ponders, and counters..thats for sure.

And as I said in my comment before, You should seriously consider Defense of the Heart. Even without forbidden orchard out, the opponent will be sweating when they play their 3rd creature =] This deck has everything in it to maximize it's effect and pretty much be game over as soon as defense of the hearts ability activates.

I gotta say I like this one alot more =p

have you considered adding dark ritual, for a potential turn 1 or 2 polymorph?

To tell ya the truth I have no idea how i missed natural order haha, Thats a sweet little card, i imagine to pull out worldspine wurm and progenitus? Yea i understand how nothing matters with decks like these about life or the opponents fields, pull out an emrakul and shit hits the fan hah...

Kinda like a deck i have, ramp up to genesis wave or primal surge and nothing the opponent has or what anyones life total is matters anymore.

I like this deck 100 percent more though now that i know about natural order and show and tell in it, they have really good harmony together depending on your creature choices and worldspine wurm and progenitus fit that area nicely.

too bad you cant fit griselbrand or omniscience in there, but oh well, this deck is really good as is... Maybe sideboard elcish spiritguide for those games you need a little more boost and speed against a specific opponent, ya know. =p

Have you thought about Omniscience? Or Griselbrand?

Another card to help ya go off sooner would be elvish spiritguide.

A lotus pedal, elvish spiritguide and any land is a turn one show and tell.

But as I've told ya before, Although i know they are effective i know, A deck that is based on one card being played to win always scares me, If that card gets disrupted, extracted, or you cant draw it then your deck is done. ya know?

Hey, solid idea and concept, I have some suggestions tho..

1. Look into getting the card defense of the heart, that combo is insane with forbidden orchard.
2. I would drop some land, 28 land seems like wayyyyy too much, I wouldn't put that much land even in a landfall deck. I would say at least 5 or 6 forest need to go.
3. If you can get ahold of them, you should put 2 of each Eldrazi titan in here and drop either the pathrazer or crusher. Kozilek, the butcher of truth blows pathrazer and the crusher out of the water with his abilities and mana casting cost.

But nice deck =] channel is too mean, Thank god they restricted it in vintage and banned it in legacy.

I have a buddy that runs a deck similar to this and nothing is more upsetting then on first turn when they drop a forest, remove elvish spirit guide from the game for another green mana and channel emrakul out.

Have you checked out Midnight Banshee before? She would be a really mean card to have in this deck

Thanks! Its a really fun deck to play, thats for sure.
and i know about cockatrice, but i've never played it. I plan on downloading it sometime but i havent had a chance yet. I love legacy too, just expensive if you wanna be competitive haha.

And I like the deck you put up, is it consistent? I always worry when my deck relies on a single card being played to win, ya know?

modern decks are much cheaper to make, I thought about making some of those, its a pretty fun format too.

That's good haha, That's my favorite part about magic is how you can completely make a deck how you want, whether its effective, fast, slow or anything. I think md could make his deck better, but hey thats just my opinion and all and all its his deck so he can make it how he likes, it might even work better than i think it will. Just always a fan of polymorphing an asshole of a card like emrakul haha

I just thru 2 quicksilvers in there because i hate having my creatures in my hand and its an easy way to just throw them onto the field instead of messing with somehow getting them back into my deck. I like it ya know =p

and this deck probably couldnt do too much in a competitive match.. I it actaully might do ok for some matches but not consistently, It's meant for a really good casual or small time tournys.

Too tell ya the truth if i had the money I would make this deck competitive.
I would
- 4 isochron scepters
-2 quicksilver amulets
-3 ponders
- 3 boomarangs
-1 grand cenobite
-1 Gisela, blade of goldnight
-2 Stormtide leviathen
-1 Iona, shield of emeria
-4 proteus staff
-1 orgin spellbomb

+4 force of will
+4 show and tell
+4 lotus pedal
+2 emrakul
+2 Progenitus
+2 Blightsteel colossus
+3 brainstorm
+4 city of traitors
+1 polymorph

haha obviously that would completely change the deck, and it's turn into pretty much into a generic show and tell deck with a polymorph twist, and be way more expensive. But hell I dont plan on facing a top level legacy player anytime soon,( although i would love to) I dont even know any. Besides I hate making decks that everyone has haha thats part of the reason i'd randomly throw in a polymorph twist to a show and tell deck... but I like my deck like this =] although I will add those creatures we talked about when i get them =p

Ulamog, emrakul, blightsteel, and progenitus are pretty expensive for me to buy right now, I plan on acquiring them soon, probably emrakul and blightsteel from some friends, but eventually the creature base Will be, emrakul, blightsteel, Ulamog, progenitus, and Iona.

thanks for the suggestions

Took your advice the shapeshifter and legacy allure, and most these creatures ill probably switch out for like ulamog, blightsteel, and emrakul, although I will keep Iona in here. She's just too good a shutdown to mono colored decks. And ya I really like the land creatures I have in here, might take your advice on the dropping the inkmoth too.

and haha did I sense some sarcasm in md deck with the dropping knowledge like bombs haha, hey you said everything I thought, and I like his deck, doesn't mean its effective, just like thevidea behind it.

I agree with allywayjack here, maybe even just a plain counterspell btw.

But anyway mb, i like your deck anyhow whether you make the changes or not. In the end its still your deck and you can build it the way you feel best =p

Like my polymorph deck is significantly different than yours, mine runs 4 proteus staffs, and 3 polymorphs. I also run 4 isochron scepters as a scary aspect to the field with counterspell, echoing truth, and boomarang. As soon as I get an emrakul it will be added and i'll take one creature out, but i like a diverse creature base in mine that's why i have 5 creatures in mine, in case of extraction.

I love polymorph decks, one good add to make sure you have a creature to destroy with polymorph is flayer husk. It's not a creature so it won't mess with getting emrakul out.

Check out my polymorph deck =] it might give you some ideas, and actually i plan on adding emrakul to mine, just dont own one yet =p

Good deck! Token deck are actually my favorite style to play. I think some removal could help you tho, maybe throw out a couple druids deliverance and add some oblivion ring/journey to nowhere/path to exile, any of those, although oblivion ring has the most diversity in removal =p

I like how every creature works really well together and are cheap to cast, nice job.
