Thanks dude. The deck is defensive in a way, but yeah, it's mostly just aggressive. I don't plan to win any tourneys with this, but any tribal deck is a blast to play. =]

Extraction has "2.5" tough matchups (at least in Legacy). I say 2.5 because the third used to be the worst, but has since become very manageable.

1) Affinity. Specifically, variations of raggedjoe's design. I'm not kidding, his design revolutionized the deck. This is the new big problem deck for Extraction. It is super-fast aggro that can work around most means of control, and it has no real "key" cards to it. The deck is often faster than the time it usually takes to cripple it. =/ (damn you ragged -_-)

2) Lands. This is a weird deck type that uses around 34-36 lands. It used to dominate Extraction decks, but lately with the newer cards, has become a whole lot easier to face. Even so, it's still a bit hard to play them, but nothing like before.

3) Other Extractions. It's a bit ironic, but Extraction is indeed good against Extraction! So to answer your question, the games against my friends with their own Extraction decks are a lot of fun. Their decks are both much different than the general design I go with, so it's also fun in that regard. Go Fish is a Poxtraction Prison that simply uses one well played "BitterBomb" to eliminate anything that could get through the layers of defense set up by the Prison half. Enigma is a Poxtraction Aggro/Control hybrid that uses wish cards to constantly shift from Aggro to Control as the moment sees fit. I still don't quite get how it can do it so effectively. One moment you're facing a control, and the next you're looking at a scary aggro army.

Ok, I have to ask. How are Samurai and Ninjas like Rocky and Bullwinkle?

Yep, the Seven Decks are each of our best decks. They are:

1) Extraction (Mine) -- Kneel before your Lord
2) 10 land Stompy -- Bum-F**k
3) Extraction -- Enigma
4) Esper Prison -- Alcatraz
5) A deck similar to my Black Sacrifice -- No name =/
6) Extraction -- Go Fish
7) Artifact Tempo -- Four dead in Ohio

I have See Beyond juuuuuuuuuuuuuuust incase I have the rare draw of Blightsteel. The chances of drawing it are really low, and so adding in a second one would add more problems than it would fix.

I don't get why people dislike Ravager so much. It's a lot better than you think, and adds a constant threat to the battle.

Congrats on your 50th deck dude. Personally, I think you should try to go mono-green for the faster land dropping speed with the classic Khalni/Harrow/Cultivate package. At most splash white for Terra Eternal

Turns out the plural of Samurai is...Samurai...Like deer.

This one always does well in our tribal tourneys.

Tinker got the crap banned out of it sadly. Thus we have to use these other ways to cheat stuff in.

All you gotta do is ask nicely =]

Anyway, I like the deck, and I actually have an Ula deck myself. Yours is based on discard too, but still. I know that Nemesis of Reason is great with Wrexial, so maybe cut down on Stormtides for 2 of them?

The other thing is that Nihil Stone has never been good for me...I would suggest using either Liliana's Caress (solid choice) or even Bloodchief Ascension if you go the NoR approach.

No.

Shouting at me in caps lock to look at your deck while offering nothing in return is a sure-fire way to get me to NOT look at your deck. You clearly didn't look at mine (beyond noticing it's a top deck) so why'd I look at yours?

I like it man. I never thought a purely fungus-based Horde-Stomp was possible, but sure enough, you made one.

I'm not really a fan of Vitaspore and Germinator, and think you'd be better off with other stuff. Garruk would be a great addition because he can untap the lands for great bonuses, and the Overrun ability is sweet with this kind of thing. Another thing you could maybe add is Might of the Masses. Usually Primal Bellow is the best choice, but in this one, with all the creatures, Might of the Masses is better.

Last thing is I don't know how good Devourer is as just a one-of. =/

Hope that helped dude, cool deck =]

If, and that's a big if, I made a Dredge deck, I would make it a lifegain deck. I'm talking about gaining like...140 life on turn 2-3? I know how I'd do it, but I just don't really want to lol.
