I have Garruk for the Overrun effect, plus other nice uses. As for Beastial Menace, it's a card that always makes me laugh, and would be decent in a "sloppy" token deck, but I wanted this to be exclusively an Elephant deck. =]

Hahaha, you bastard =P
yeah, multiples of them and/or having both out stack. It's absurd...Provided you can even get a god damn creature on the field, you'll be hard pressed to attack with anything without dumping 10 frickin' mana a piece!
That's the idea for the most part. This is designed to be played in tourneys against the current meta. I rarely put "tournament quality" on a deck, unless it truly can be in that kind of environment. This is one of them.
This is why I think there's going to be a return of full-blown tourney level Soul Sister parodies.
XD He really isn't. Good ol' stonefaced Matt...We love him though =P btw, where's the Tarmogoyf?
It worked though =P I'm trying to get Matt to get his deck up here, but he won't budge. =/
I didn't pester you THAT much =P
Oh yeah, Torpor Orb craps on this deck =/
I like it. It's not completely what I thought it would end up as, but that's not a problem, because it's still a nice design.
I don't, sorry dude. While I understand most of it, I had a lot of help from my math nerd buddies. =/
I think you might be confusing the deck size at the top which includes the actual deck and the sideboard. Most of my decks are actually 60, but also include sideboards. The math of this deck, to put it as simply as I can, is an exploitation of what's called a "Probability curve". This is a graphical curve of the constantly changing probabilities of cards of specific mana and function being available at any given time. As a rule of thumb, the more you can match the probability curve to the mana curve of your deck, the faster and smoother it will play. This deck's mana curve and probability curve are almost identical they're so close...and that's why it's so consistently fast. It's mathematically tuned to always have the best threat every turn.
Drawing Blightsteel does suck, and in the Unplugged tourney (got second in =P) I had to mulligan in two separate games. Preordain helps a little in this regard, but I might have to consider some ways to put Blightsteel back in the deck if I have to. As I said above, I don't own a big Jace, nor do I want one. =]
It allows me to fight Caw, basically in the way you described. They're also just very good for fighting the more aggressive decks out there, as the hawks provide a pretty solid defense. Using their own sword against them is pretty damn funny though.
It is, but sort of as I hinted at in my deck description, I want this to be a pure Elephant tribal, and not take the easy road of Loxodons.
It's a Jump curve. Typically seen with Elves, I thought it would fit nicely with this deck, and it actually does. The deck obviously won't be winning any tourneys, but it's been damn fun in testing.
Haha, I totally forgot about this deck. It's a lot different now to be honest. I should probably update this list =P Still, even with the new version, I just don't like merfolk. I love tribal decks, but...eh, these guys just don't work with me =/
With the enemy all tapped, you can just chip away at them bit by bit. They'll be pissed, but you'll win =P
Honestly, since Lands is no longer a threat to Extraction, and because Lands is not a standard deck, Sadistic Sacrament lost a lot of its usefulness. It's still a great card for dedicated Extractions, but Praetor's Grasp is just better. It's pretty much one of the best extraction cards I've seen since Seek, and is sort of like the aggressive version of the two.
Precursor in this deck is absurd. People will always make the "it lets the enemy kill all your doodz too easy!" argument. Sure, this can happen, but you can also pay 'G' to make every golem you own get +8/+8! That's insane.
