Infiltration Lens is obviously good with Groundbreaker for those reasons, but here's why it's good with Skullclamp. 1) It dies at end of turn anyway, so "clamp" it for cards. 2) if you pump it (or put counters on it) and then equip it, it does more damage and leads to being killed for cards or "clamped" for cards at the end of turn when the pumps stop. Skullclamp also kicks ass because once you have a good enough mana base you can start "clamping" your elfs, using their own mana to clamp themselves for cards. (This is why Skullclamp got banned =P) As for 20 lands max...it's not a "rule" of Stompy, but as a general thing, Stompy decks can do fine with little lands. There's two pretty special old-school Stompy decks that ran 14 lands and the other ran 10! Last bit, I have no idea what people see in Summoning Trap...I think it's in all honesty, an awful card. It's a sideboard card AT BEST. And it is not Stompy.

You can always send me PM's on the forums =]
Because that one mana can make a HUGE difference against control and/or prison decks. Plus, it's frickin' Stompy! Who cares if they gain 4 measly life?
To be honest dude there's not much I can offer for improvements. This is a solid deck, and who cares if you don't have big jace? I like Wall of Frost a little more than Omens, but that's just my preference. I'd add that Wall of Frost has become a notorious pain in my ass when I play any of my Stompy decks. =]
Ugh...NO MORE! Seriously!
I like this dude. For your first one, this is pretty damn good. I think you could work with less lands...like 20 max. If you do, you could maybe put in 3 Arbor Elfs. Also, Skullclamp with Groundbreaker is a classic. With the Oran-Rief, you can even give it a counter, equip it for extra beef later game and when the opponent is forced to block and absorb some of that trampling damage, you get card advantage =] Well done dude.
Google =P
Mill decks. Stompy is obviously aggressive enough to usually tear these decks apart, but on the other side, the sort of reckless headstrong way of playing that Stompy has can make them vulnerable to those faster mill/control decks. With Kozilek in, they have next to no chance to win =]
Overwhelming Stampede is overkill to be honest. Trust me with that one. Garruk is a weird dude to me...he can be argued to be both Stompy and non-Stompy, and both arguments make perfect sense. x_x Nest invader is totally Stompy, no question about it. I've thought about using them before, but just never did. =/
-- Yes it is cumulative -- Just ask =] (also I'm going to later make a thread on the forums to help explain each one) -- Thanks =]
It wouldn't be bad, I just preferred to use Everlasting Torment instead =]
<_< Y'bastard...
Don't mention it man. Someone else deserves the spotlight (seriously...) anyway, and this deck is awesome =]
Well like I said, if the next few sets offer some better options with green and infect, then I might try it. It's also a little bit complicated to figure out whether or not something has a Stompy-like efficiency with infect thrown into the equation. I hope that the next set does end up with enough infect cards like that so that I CAN make an infect Stompy...that would be crazy. =]
Thanks dude. Glad you have been inspired to jump into the realm of Tempo decks =] Also...don't congratulate me just yet...looks like I have at least 2 more decks on their way -_- I need a vacation from this =[
Control heavy version of a Tempo deck. Just be careful playing this against people...they might want to punch you in the throat. =]
Well, I was thinking of making an Infect Stompy if there are the cards for it in the upcoming sets. So far, I'm not satisfied enough.
Found it! I think you could afford to lose the Ior Ruins for some Clones.
Well I'm glad you enjoy it Aqua. I haven't gotten to play it much yet, but from the few times I have...Well, it's growing on me as a new favorite. =]
Ah crap. I have a bad feeling my Treefolk deck is on its way to 50...
