Putting in fetchlands helps to accelerate any deck, multi-colored or mono. Basically what happens is you play the land, pay one measly life (seriously, 1 life is no biggy), and then pull another land out of your deck! You thus increase the probability of drawing the cards you need while still playing lands! So, while they end up as forests anyway, the fetchlands allow me to actively thin out my deck while losing nothing more than 1 life! I highly recommend trying it out. =]

I'm just throwing this out there...All these comments make my day, seriously. I usually make sure to check people's decks when they ask so nicely, but I've got friggin' finals right now...so they'll have to wait for the most part.
Always glad to help. By the way...holy crap is Garruk good in a turboland deck with Liege of the Tangle. O_O
Yeah, this is the evil version of my thopter-meek deck. At least in mine I give the opponent a friggin' chance. Yikes.
By the way, just made a Stompy deck abusing this stuff.
If you want this to be a deck that spews out lands, then you need to make some adjustments =P Except for the Scope...maybe...scrap all the artifacts. Next, lose the Awakener Druid and Sylvan ranger. (seriously? Awakener? Compare it to Leatherback Baloth side-by-side. Don't you feel silly?) So now you have 15 freakin cards to improve your deck with. 1 of those should go straight into a fourth Khalni Heart Expedition. 8 of those go into 4 Harrow and 4 Cultivate. With these and the Expeditions...you're spewing out a hysterical amount of lands. Now, you have 6 more cards to screw around with. 4 Oracles of Mul Daya will again let you blast out lands like crazy. now your last two should be something that abuses the hell out of those lands. I personally am a huge fan of Liege of the Tangle, but other things work too. After all that, change the Lannys out for Arbors. Arbors are just better sadly.
Cows. I can totally picture being killed by squirrels. Those ****ers are mean!
Actually I forgot about Master. I'll swap them in right now, thanks. As for the Lake of the Dead, I gave it a try and I'd have to agree with you...it actually is faster than Cabal Coffers. Thanks!
XD Cows on the front page! AHAHAHA!
Congratz to raggedjoe for entering the world of Stompy. Also thanks to him for putting an idea in my head for a new deck (which I will make later...too damn busy now =/ )
I'm glad you like the Scute. It is really good. Now Garruk...You need to have him played to get 2 mana back. 4 mana for 2 mana and a possible (actually pretty likely) total bust? That's wasted mana right there. He's good, and sits snug on the edge of stompy/non-stompy...but in my opinion leans more towards non-stompy.
Eh, I just like Devastating Summons way too much haha. Don't ask me why, but it just cracks me up whenever I use it. Plus I'm not a fan of the trap or the revenge to be honest. =/ Still, I appreciate the input =]
Wow. This has come a long way man. This is, as far as I'm concerned, a standard extraction deck. Well done, seriously. My only suggestion now really is that if you have any fetchlands that grab swamps, such as Verdant Catacombs and/or Marsh Flats, to add them in in place of a few of your swamps. They'd just help to speed up your deck a little bit. =]
Yeah. More over it shouldn't last that long. Plus, Infiltration Lens is way better for card drawing.
Cool trick, the sideboard one won't work though... Isochron sees the unmodified casting cost of an instant, and not its modified cost.
Alright let's take a look at this thing. I will say it looks much better, but it still could use some changes. For one, you gotta scrap the Omens and Halo Hunters. They do this deck no good. Same goes for the Artifacts. What you really need is a bit more "picky" stuff. Stuff that let's you see your opponent's hand and take it apart. Now, you have Duress in there, which is great, but more is always good. Also the card Inquisition of Kozilek is very similar to Duress, but serves its own great purpose. Liliana's Caress and Specter are great for this for pretty obvious reasons. Both are pretty easy to find I think. Now, Painful Quandary is an awesome enchantment that will work a bit like the Omen, but cheaper and better for this deck. Bloodghast is as always, my favorite card ever. In this deck, he again should prove useful in that he'll provide some extra force when you need it. Another thing is to take out the plainswalkers. Liliana is nice in that she lets you hit the opponent with discard, but if you're exiling their graveyard, her ultimate is pretty useless. And Sorin is really cool, but too costly to be useful. You may want to also consider adding in Temple Bells if you can find them. Ironically, a discard deck sometimes needs to give cards to their opponents' hand(s). This will allow you to do that and keep your hand full of controlly stuff. Last thing might be to add Doom Blades as a good fall-back card. Why? Well...it's ****ing Doomblade. It's really REALLY good and it will give a good boost in the control you might need. Hope that helps, I look forward to the next series of changes =P
Nah, both are too slow, the Packleader being the slower of the two obviously.
Eh...Just quite not yet Stompy. It's close though, so I won't get angry =P Like ragged said, it needs more ramping and consistent forcefulness. It's super powerful later on, but it's the early game you need to work on. Arbor elf is a great idea for this. I'd look into ditching the Obstinates and the Packleaders. If you want card drawing, a great stompy draw card is infiltration lens. Stick it on a trampler and watch the hilarity that ensues.
This deck needs Entomb/Exhume as much as someone needs to take a bat to that douchebag Justin Bieber. -_-
Not at all. This deck can very quickly murder another deck without Grave Pact. It's just that when Grave Pact is out on the field they're just that much more screwed. =]
