No, see that would make sense. We wouldn't want that. No, with the new rules, now a 4/1 with deathtouch and trample can deal 1 damage to the opponent after magically taking down 3 infinite/infinite creatures.

At this rate Phage the Untouchable will be given errata to say "Phage has Deathtouch". -_-

Hey, sometimes people's better decks just come to them like that. I made one of my favorite decks in about 4 minutes. =]

Looks great, but with the colors, why don't you have Maelstrom Nexus?

It doesn't have that high of a cost actually. It's one of the current "Fat-Stompy" guys, as in costs 6 but is unquestionably Stompy. I did consider him, since this is a Creature-Stomp, but I just can't really find any spaces for him I'm comfortable with.

I actually made a "Stompy" deck that shows what I would do if "Fat-Stomp" was a *real* Stompy sub-type called Chunky =]

Hey I found it! (Site was acting goofy for a while).

This is pretty cool man. Really aggressive with a hint of landfall. There's something that doesn't make much sense to me though -- Stoneforge Mystic. She doesn't really fit the deck, and aside from grabbing the gear, does nothing.

Ironically, you'd be better off running 4 Adventuring Gears and taking her out.

The other thing I'd suggest is lowering your land count. With a deck that's as low-cost as yours, 20 lands is all you need, and you could even go lower if you wanted (to 18).

Other than that though, this is a nice, inexpensive aggro. I like it.

Tempo decks have always been very hard for me. Both to play against and to build. This one is pretty sweet despite my inner-loathing. =]

I know you can make a goat deck, I just thought cows were funnier. Also, I already passed number 80 =]

Yeah, I haven't looked at it that much, but I have noticed that trend as well. From a rough glance it looks like it has a good flow to it, so there's gotta be something to it =]

Oh, and swap out 2 more forests for 2 Oran-Rief, the Vastwood(s) if you have it. =]

Hey dude. This is a cool deck, but it isn't 100% Stompy yet. Tribal-Stomp is not an easy task, and leave it to you to make it harder by making it a double tribal =P

First off, the Obsidian Battle-Axe is cool, but not worth using.

Imperious Perfect isn't really Stompy, but I think we can make the same (general) effect. And I think you can do better than just the basic Elvish Warriors. Last thing is, with a deck this fast, you can easily go with 18 lands

So, That's 14 cards to swap out for other stuff. I'd say you can rock out with 3 Talara's Battalion (so stompy), 2 Ezuri, Renegade Leader, 3 Allosorus Riders (an original Stompy card), 2 Mercy Killings, 2 Infiltration Lens (you'll need them for drawing), and 2 Joraga Warcallers.

With those, this will be a pretty frickin awesome Tribe-Stomp.

Yeah, but 2 is probably fine. This has become one hell of a mean Extraction deck (creature-based too!) =]

I would switch out the Shocks for Goblin Guides and the Cancels with something else...not sure what, but something...maybe Counterspell? This is, like Ded said, a really funny idea. It's an Anti-deck, and in this case, a funny Anti-"cookie-cutter". =P

Well done man. =]

In mana gain yes, but also in the fact that he makes all my other elves stronger, which leads to that Stompy-like efficiency. =]

I know. It's not my favorite Stompy, but I wanted to round out my Stompys by making a Creature-Stomp.

I also LOVE the name, and wish I had thought of it before. If I ever make another Stompy deck that I like better than this one, I'm changing out the name on this to that one =]
