Judging from the amount of mill, and the ways it can be reused, I'd say turn 7-8.

You are really going in some fun directions here :D

Here's some more ideas in your areas of developement...

4 Mesmeric orb with 4 fatestitchers: It's an old method to empty your entire deck into your graveyard. Since you play with emrakul this is not something that really takes you really far, so you need something to exploit this.

Emrakul has a history with shelldock island in doomsday designs, and you might want to play with that theme as well. If you play with timing you may use fatestitchers to untap the land as well, though keep it at max 2 shelldock isle's in the deck.

remand and visions of beyond are plenty draw, but if you really want to go there, use gitaxian probe as it allows you to know WHEN to play the important stuff. I once used snappy, gitaxian, noxious and wastelands to play a landdestruction thing in legacy, so that part will work okay but might need counterbackup.
BUT! In general milldecks with counterspells tend to have more trouble in winning than the designs that use discard instead, so cutting mana leak will be obvious. Remand can be excused in designs with surgical extraction and extirpate as the knowledge of what they have in hand may let you remove the right stuff :D

You might also want to try out 3-4 augur of bolas instead of snappy, and maybe 1 oboro palace in the clouds and 2-3 shelldock islands.

Sounds like you play it lot!
How far have you gotten with it in a tournament?
My best design have only gotten me 3 out of three matches but is good at gathering points. 6 in the average tournament.

Since you have experience with mill I can suggest that you try to play with noxious revival. It will interact very well with snapcasters, and may let you run a more landdestructive style with your 4 ghostquarters and it works well against reanimate strategies when timed well. It also let you create your sideboard with the aim of really devastating stuff that annoys you... Try it out!

If you are into mill, go look at my pages, and you might find some good stuff you can use in your own designs, just be prepared that theres a bit to read through.

There are a couple of cards that might be of use to you.
leyline of the void is good against opponents with gravestuff, and it doesn't hurt your own stuff.
It might interfere with the alchemist though. not sure.

Faerie macabre can't be countered and is usually a surprise, and in some odd matchups it may deliver vital beatdown.

with 18 creatures you might want to conside crypt incursion as you can play it on yourself.

Echoing truth is also rather important, and may work well with snappy.

If you are into research, go take a look at the many milldecks I store at my page.

Amazing build.
14 cards I usually scorn upon, looks good in this deck.
I specially like the archivist/alchemist concept. Can you remember where you first saw that?

This is just a beginning :D
To get rid of stuff more permanently you should add pyxis of pandemonium.

If you are into modern you might want to toy with lantern of insight as well, and for legacy try wand of denial.

I believe that mill will rise too:
http://www.mtgvault.com/wickeddarkman/decks/fast-reliable-modern-mill/

I also believe that the only real way to get mill to be a solid archetype is to solidly copy what's working instead of building too many individual designs. Why reinvent what's already out there. I'm also pretty stubborn and still play my own stuff despite that belief :D

I also think profane memento might change mill enough for it to start winning.

+1 like for using "wicked" as part of the name of a deck with "milling" capacity :D

I like the trapmakers snare angle, and especially love your manabase!

But!!! All modern milldecks that have ever won top 8 share a lot of keycards.
I've built a primer for serious modern millers to start from...

I also have the "newest" top 8 modern mill stored, with comparative notes on it's predecessors:

Try out using the primer after studying franck-becquets mill :D

I think winterorb could be part of the deck without too many adjustments. If either arbor elf or wild growth gets into play, the orbs effect will be diminished, and a few chrome moxes could really help that theme. Also, if this deck faco many wastelands from the opponents, you might want to play those wild growth's on some darksteel citadels!

JESSIE:

If you want to timewalk with your ld I have just the suggestion:
Timesifter. With the manacosts in your deck it will be nice and will give you timewalking more often than my R/G gives me when I sb it. I use timesifter against decks that have better creatures than me or random fast stuff like burn. If you want to experiment with it, you should really add the elvish spirit guides to your deck.
Heres the "link" to my deck...

Brilliant concept!

I do have some suggestions though!

Petrified field may add to the power of the wasteland + noxious revival setup. (Or you may run it in life from the loam style)

If you remove the creatures from your deck you can replace them with mishra's factory and mutavault and add 3 game preserve and 3 ghoulcaller's bell and be even more control. (Though the bell is an artifact!)

If you keep the creatures you might want to add elvish spirit guide to add some speed.
