To being taken seriously at all you need to stay inside the restricted banned list for at least Vintage. Meaning only 1 Sol Ring is allowed. Mana Crypt, Mana Vault, Grim Monolith. are all very good replacements for the 3 illegal Sol Rings. Keep in mind the crypt and vault are restricted to 1 as well.

Thanks for the suggestion and it is a very good card however I am trying to keep this modern even tho it's a bit janky for the format.

Without a doubt you need a way to deal with Tainted Remedy. It's showing up more in peoples side boards as the answer to this deck.

If you ask me this is an OK Sliver deck at best especially since your not playing inside modern legality. If it hasn't been beat I can only imagine your playgroup isn't very competitive.
Manaweft should be a 4 of with the addition of 1 or 2 Gemhides as previously stated.
Groundshaker, Megantic, Constricting and Thorncaster all seem over costed and Steelform is just bad compared to Sinew, Muscle, Predator.
Then my 2 favorites are missing all together, which would be Sedge and Crystalline.
Sorry if this comes off harsh, just my honest opinions and should be taken as such.
Happy Casting!

Since your not concerned with modern legality Preordain, Ponder and Brainstorm are all better choices then Serum Visions.

No problem to each their own. I will say this, Fireblast is not a turn 2 or 3 spell. It 's a win now card. Tap 2 lands to float the mana cast Fireblast then Reverberate it. Very rarely will it ever be done except on the turn you plan on winning on.

Looks rather annoying if I must say. 1 thing I don't like at all is Evolving Wild. Needle Spires would be better at the very least.

Personally I've never been a fan of Guttersnipe, I find it too slow with no immediate effect as well as having the same problem as ball lightning. They each have an investment of three with a very likely possibility of being dealt with by 1. I would suggest replacing Guttersnipe with 4x Fireblast. That card wins games! As well Swiftspear is more effective 1 drop then the Arsonist and Lava Spike is stronger then Wild Slash.

Well there are so many options to start listing them all. there are many sites that offer great info, here's one that could really help out.

As well take a look at my deck here. It's pretty competitive and I'm sure you may get n idea or two from it.

I completely agree! Removal Removal Removal, you have no way to deal with creatures, artifacts or enchantments. As well as ot having any mana accelerators.

This a just version is for my vintage casual play group. (No proxies, No Side Boards.) I'm currently experimenting with a build along the same lines for Modern. Which most defiantly has a SB for the situations that you have mentioned. That version also runs green for a bit of ramp/ mana fixing. 4 copies of Beast within in that SB. Thank you for taking the time to check this deck out.

I do agree with you that it would be a bad play if casting Gatewatch was all you did on a single turn. Like I stated above I haven't built this yet and when/if I do after play test a bit I may very well cut 1 or 2 and put in some fogs.

It's a tron deck, if I don't have access to 7 or 8 mana on turn 4 or 5 I believe I'll be screwed anyway. There is no time where I would cast it and that being the only thing done in a turn. I would imagine that and a 4 or 5 cmc walker would bethe usual pay.
As well many of these walkers interact with the opponent. I'm by no means saying this is going to win against the tier 1 decks in modern more often then not. I'm just trying to brainstorm something fun here.

Ya that or Contagion Engine, or make a map a 5/5 attack and then use it.

How in the world do you consider a planeswalker tutor a bad card in a planeswalker deck?

Well I haven't really played this yet it's all theory. However many of the walkers have proved in other decks to protect them selves. Either by creating tokens or built in removal. I did put 4 paths in as well.

Ya pretty much using Adaptive Automaton, Urd and a few changelings you can do any tribal type in the game. However outside of the main tribes of Merfolk, Vampires, Zombies, Goblins, Elves you don't get any Lords which pump all their kind in multiple ways. Which is the main reason to play tribal IMO. This deck just happens to have a level of hilarity that most others wouldn't. Again of course all my opinion.

This deck and it's comments section made my morning! +1 from this guy.
As far as the actual advise for the deck goes I'm going to suggest cutting 4x Changeling Titan for 3x Steely Resolve and 1 copy of Obelisk of Urd.
