I was sort of thinking the same thing about the Tabernacle...Might just take it out for a fourth blossom. Any ideas?

Spellstutter is great because it can hold down any threat as the game goes on thanks to Bitterblossom, and it serves nicely as an additional evasive attacker, which adds up to be honest.

Actually there's a chick in our group with a very strong Specter tribe. She did a really good job with them...they're faster than you'd think when you add in Dark Rituals and some cheap discard/control stuff =/

Why Glint Hawk Idol and not just the hawk? That thing with Mox Opal is what drives my Metalcraft WW deck man...it's nuts =]

I'll be the first to tell you that Elves don't need DoD. They have the most lords of any tribe in magic...

Second thing is, Elves + Gaea's Cradle = Overpowered Elves =P

My point is that by banning so many things, unless they also ban Tarmogoyf, the format will NOT be the inexpensive alternative it was supposed to be. I already know I won't enjoy it because to me personally, it's just boring, but with nothing to take on Goyf, which is already about 65 bucks a piece...the price of any serious deck is going to be way too high for most people. It's what happened to Standard, and I really think it's going to happen here too.

I have an Iso-bounce deck for pissing people off. It uses Aether Burst...which is hate-inducing on a stick =P

I agree dude, it looks like they're banning anything that might upset anyone. Mental Misstep made me laugh. MENTAL MISSTEP?! Really? It's only good in ~some~ situations! By this criteria, is Bloodghast going to get banned because it can come back? Is Lightning Bolt going because it deals too much damage? How about Tarmogoyf for the undeniable fact that with all this watering down it's going to be a nightmare for anyone trying to play...

This format is hereby known as "Neutered", and I see it becoming the next mess, similar to what happened in Standard with Jace. Now there's going to have to be 4 Goyfs in every deck...thus only spoiled brats will play. Ah well, as long as they stay the hell away from Legacy...I'll be fine.

Wow....last time I checked those weren't banned. At this rate are we going to be able to play anything in Modern? Damn.

Dual lands are regarded as Basic even though they are obviously pretty advanced. It's one of the better things about them really =]

So actually, it does work, and can target...8 lands =]

This deck type is responsible for one of the funniest quotes I've heard a player say...

"And out of nowhere, fucking Progenitus..."

Good point...and to add to that, we indeed did not ban Pulse. We basically have banned the unfair tribes and the cards that say "do this (destroy all, for example) to ____ creature type"

Nope, you can choose to use Hide if you want. That's the great thing about the double-cards!

A third?! Yikes...we have it as at least 10...but I actually like that better since it allows way more odd-ball tribes to be made =]

To be honest, I would lose the Caress of Phyrexias. I'd also drop to less than 4 Life's Finales...maybe just 2. Blighted Agent is a nightmare if you have board control, which you should...So I'd strongly consider them. Finally, Tezzeret's Gambit might be a nice draw mechanic in addition to giving proliferate =]

Hope that helps man =]

lol this is what happens when you ask Wumps for help on a Stompy deck XD

The guy knows his stuff, and it shows, the changes you made (i'm assuming) are great. This is a mean son-of-a-bitch deck =P

I might suggest for the SB Vexing Shusher. The dude can be a nightmare for control decks =]

I've also always loved Burning Tree Shaman for a little extra "oomf" when needed

You can design entire decks around Stonebrow, but I dunno if this is it...might be though =/

Guttural Response is a sexy anti-control SB option as well

Otherwise, damn well done =]

I love this EDH deck man, it's my second favorite after my Teysa one. Before your opponents know what's happening, Seizan suddenly reads "at the beginning of your upkeep, you get your ass kicked" =]
