It's possible...sort of. To build either of the two main types, Iso-Seek and PAL, not very likely...But there are a number of other designs for Extraction that are a hell of a lot less money than those two.

For Standard or something, probably =]

Thanks man, I have to say this version works about as well as it could for Modern's restrictions I think. I left out the Grasp because it is less useful without the colors to play most of the crap I'd probably want to steal/play...

Much better, but now I gotta ask, why the Crucible? I see some uses here and there, but it seems a little unnecessary =/

Because while holding them back, you haven't put out any respectable board presence either. In some ways, it's a mediocre pseudo mana ramp...

Evil Presence...It has more potential as it costs so little and can render the land useless throughout the game, which provides a much larger return over all.

For a "budget" version, it works pretty well. I might take out the white entirely, as playing PAL is difficult enough as is, and the 4 color design is VERY difficult to play, even for me at first. The second reason I'd lose white is that your version has only 2 cards dedicated to the color, whereas mine has far more.

Overall, I think the design works. I will give you fair warning,Legacy is a hard place to play in, Extraction is hard to play, and PAL is very hard to play...I admire your tenacity with going for the hardest of the hard right away, but this might not be the best thing to start you off into Legacy =P

I like it except for Sinkhole. Honestly, unless you're playing a dedicated land destroy deck, it doesn't have much of an impact anymore...In its place, I'd either put some Surgical Extractions or Preator's Grasps =]

It's like a "suicide MBC", which quite frankly, I love =P

Why is this listed as Blue and White?

W/B spirits are without question my favorite tribe =P

My first suggestion is to cut down on your lands. You have an assload of lands =P The deck will probably run a lot smoother with lands cut down so that the deck is 60 cards in total. So I say do that first, and then I can probably find some other things to suggest for ya =]

I suppose, but "Extract" means to take out of the deck/hand/whatever and exile it. This just pulls out three things and dumps them in the 'yard =/

I know some people who love the card though, so to each their own =P

Very inventive concept man, I gotta give you props for that =]

It certainly works, but in some ways seems even riskier to play the combo than Pox! The size of your BitterBomb would indeed flat out wreck someone...but as you said, is the combo just better off without? I'm unsure to be honest. So far, much like with this, I've found nearly all the Pox substitutes end up becoming game-enders in their own right =/ Maelstrom Pulsing a mass of tokens....why not just swing for lethal with the tokens? Stuff like that =/

It's humbling to me that Modern has been so difficult to build in, maybe Wizards did something right with it after all =P

No problem dude, and actually this was "mark 1" of my designs. My latest deck (only one on page 9) is the latest design I have. It should be more to your liking, it is towards mine =P

Eh, it's a nice card, but not really for Extraction. It sort of is, but in a really weird and roundabout way that I don't particularly like =/

Did Skullclamp get unbanned and I'm unaware or something? I've been seeing all these aggro designs with 2 Skullys and somethin' else like 4 Vials...

Anyway, I highly suggest trying out Tormented Soul. I swapped it into my Black Sacrifice deck in place of my Guul Draz Vamps, and nearly crapped myself at how powerful a 1-drop unblockable can be =]

You know, there's not very much Trample cards in here for your goal of this being a trample deck...

I'm not necessarily suggesting a full-blown overhall, but...maybe some changes are in order? For one, probably my favorite green trampler is Spawnwrithe. A few of those in a trample-based deck is a sure fire way to overwhelm the enemy. Garruk's Companion is of course a solid choice. With some mana dorks (elves, birds, etc.) you could easily use 2-3 Khalni Hydras...

It's just some thoughts to chew on really. Hope it helps =]

I berate you because your aggressive [initial] post was to be berated, simple as that. Post hoc ergo propter hoc, if you will.

It's quite difficult to take anyone who calls someone, of whom probably 90% of his almost 3,000 posts are advice, a loudmouth seriously. That said, I will say I agree with you that the system of comments and likes is not flawless, but to say that this is the "worst deck ever seen on the front page" and that the site "sucks balls" shows you off as nothing but an immature child whining for not getting his way. The site's admins have had many discussions, openly asking for people's opinions about how to better improve the site. If you have ideas, let them hear them, but don't drop so low as to post what you have. A scholar who shouts like a fool is judged as such, regardless of his brilliance.

I'll be the first to say that the system has flaws, but I suggest ways to fix them, I don't shout them.

lolz yeah I did =P

Oh and the idea with Bonehoard was that if all else fails I can just beat someone senseless...Still, I might switch it for Fire and Ice or Light and Shadow...I'm leaning more toward L&S because when combined with B&M, it offers defense from damn near everything. The bonuses to toughness take care of burn from red, and then the protections save me from all manner of spot removal and bouncing, and even Goyf!

Not so much Kamigawa as Spirits are my favorite creature type =]

Don't get me wrong, I think Kamigawa is one of the more under appreciated sets out there, but it's mostly my love for Spirits =P

You seem to be under the impression that by berating other users you'll be achieving something. Quit bitching. It's painfully obvious that your complaining and unfriendly nature is what keeps your decks from getting attention...your complete lack of understanding aside.

Yeah, we were having a conversation, because the deck caught our interests for being a good deck, as many/most of ragged's decks are. The casual "chats" we have are a direct result of our respect for each other and the common fact that there's little need to discuss the deck itself. If the focus changes to that, then all of us give our 2 cents about that.

Not sure who pissed in your cheerios man, but until you really have a remotely good argument...kindly shut the fuck up =]
