<_<

I swear I knighted you as an official Evil Builder...If not I hereby dub thee "Sir Ragged, of the MOTHERF**KING Affinity deck."

Yes I'm still bitter...

I've seen people either love or hate Jin, with no middle-of-the-road opinions...I think it really is dependent on how you play the deck/how the deck plays. Your version and your playstyle are both much more forward and aggressive. The term I use typically is guys like you "play violently".

In that case I can see you disliking Jin. Good old snaggle-tooth seems like a nice choice to me...Terastodon might fit your style too...he doesn't have much besides size...but his ability can offer disruption, additional threats, or both! He does provide up to 18 power over 4 bodies for 8 mana/life...That's nothing to sneeze at.

Interesting factoid: Jhoira beats the crap out of this deck.

Don't forget my buddy Arty's form of Prison...The good old "I'll kick your ass with your own cards." style -_-
I'd say you're mostly Suicontrol man, you would marry Braids if she were a real chick.

And then a 20/20+ the next turn....Then a 40/40....then an 80/80....

It murders.

A little...But that's sort of the "art" of playing Prison. The deck usually has some kind of chiseling factor too if things look like they're headed that way.

As of yet I don't think there's any "mainstream" company that does it, which is really odd since the market for it seems huge. Our store owner has a friend who does custom artwork printings for other things like buisness cards, magazines, etc. Whenever we want custom sleeves we give the artwork we want to the owner and he sets up the rest. About....1-2 weeks later you get REALLY nice cards with your art on them. I've told the guy he could make a killing, but he doesn't seem to think so =/

Wish I could give you a more positive answer, but so far...you just gotta know a guy =/

Thank you dude, that means a lot. I think "beautiful" is a great way to describe the deck honestly. I've always seen B/W cards as having some of the most magnificent artwork in the game. This deck was designed not just to be good, but to express the increadible artwork thus my choice for the name. I've already gotten back the custom sleeves I ordered for it and they're unreal.

And now I'm trying to find cool artwork for proxies for the Scrublands since they're unfortunately not that great looking =/

So far this looks like what I'll use:

Yes and no. By forcing the opponent to have low card advantage and, more importantly, effect their hand with mana burden, I might not have many (or any) cards in hand, but in reality I have the better card advantage.

This is why I love Praetor's Grasp. It gives a crazy card advantage, if played right it'll also impliment mana burden, and it lets me use their crap! How funny is that?! That's one of the (many) reasons I have Noxious Revival in my SB. I can use their spell, and then get back my Grasp, or if I have another Grasp, I can put the spell I used and take it again! =}

Not when you consider how drastically slower Triniphere can make a Vintage deck. It neutralizes Black Lotus...

Most people can't. I can't even stand to watch my buddy play his Prison deck. It takes like...50 god damn turns to win if the opponent doesn't give up first. Legacy Prison/STAX basically is the control side of the suicide deck idea. You screw over yourself less than you screw over your opponent, and thus you are the victor!

Taken from a post I had on Wumps' Elf/Druid deck:

"Opening hand: Forest, Gaea's Cradle, Nettle Sentinel, Llanowar Elves, Elvish Promenade, Evish Archdruid, and Heritage Druid.

Turn 1: Forest, Llanowar Elves

Turn 2: Draw Gilt-Leaf Archdruid. Gaea's Cradle, tap Forest --> Nettle Sentinel, tap Gaea's Cradle for GG --> Heritage Druid with G extra, tap Heritage, Nettle, and Llanowar to add GGG to pool for total of GGGG --> Elvish Promenade --> three 1/1 Elf Warrior tokens, tap the tokens to add GGG --> Elvish Archdruid.

Turn 3: Draw Arbor Elf, Play Gilt-Leaf Archdruid, Play Arbor Elf and draw Mul Daya Channelers, Play Mul Daya Channelers and Draw Llanowar Elves, Play Llanowar Elves and draw Zuran Orb, Play Zuran Orb, tap elves to take all lands, sac all lands stolen to Zuran Orb. Opponent scoops.

God damn Wumps."

You crazy SOB. This cracks me up. I worry about a lack of overall protection for the more "fragile" parts of the deck, but I suppose Therapy and TS do their job? =/

I also wonder if some speed boosters would do well in this. Dark Ritual sure, but LED might not be half bad for this either TBH...

HAHAHA, sorry dude. Uhm...I use Æther Figment in mine, and it does wonders for me to be honest. I'd at least give it a try. I was going to say that Wurmcoil didn't fit...but then I saw how fast you could get him out with the Architect...holy balls. Mental Misstep is something to always consider, at least for the SB. The card is essential for some MU's
