Hmmmm...I think I might put in Wall of Fire in the place of the gargoyles. =]

Mostly because I can use him as an evasive attacker when I need to. =]
Alright, first off, you have 7 elves that cost 3 and give you a forest. This is a lot slower than you think. I would really recommend taking them out for the mana elves such as Arbor/Llanowar. They will help speed up the deck much more. The next thing is that Fable of Wolf and Owl is a bit over-costed for what it does. I don't know where your budget range is, but if you could get a hold of a few Doubling Seasons in their place it would greatly aid you. Master of the Wild Hunt seems a bit slow to me, but perhaps with all the Wolfs you have his other ability will allow you to dominate the board...I dunno. Spidersilk Armor is a strange inclusion. It's a sideboard card at best, and unless your playgroup is plagued by flying-crazed players, it's unnecessary. Garruk is always good, but if you're only using him for his overrun ability then he's a waste. With 4 other overruns, he should be in the deck for other uses. If you threw in 2-3 Oran-Rief, the Vastwoods, he can untap them and make your wolves huge. You could also work with a combo of Khalni Heart Expedition and Cultivate for ramping as well as forest spewing to fuel your Howl of the Night Pack. If you include Oran-Riefs, you might consider using Bramblewood Paragon, as it will indirectly give the wolves trample. And, of course, Wolfbriar is always great. =] Hope that helps =]
Yeah this is just casual. I'm admittedly not an expert on Dragonstorm decks, but just wanted to make on after seeing DedWards's one. =]
It's not very important to have really. In almost every case it quickly becomes WAY more mana than you can even think of putting a use to. I have it in there because it can allow an occasional jump in speed, and because I have them, but they aren't critical by any means. =]
Nah, can't have it since I'll be attacking later on. And as for this going back on the list...I dunno, people randomly go through my decks and find one they want to like or comment on, and they go back up. I don't mind =P
It's a good idea, but I've found it to be a catch 22. While sacrificing is never a worry for me, the need to have a creature to sacrifice means I have to wait before I can use it. It's speed at the cost of speed...
Alright, so I played with 2 Warzones in the last tourney on Friday and they are truly amazing. I'm glad to know that my last use of them was indeed a fluke. They took me undefeated except for one 3rd match win (the guy one the 2nd match, just barely).
There's two problems with that. The first being that the sideboard has no room whatsoever. The second is that these control decks run rampant in standard. The amount of people that play decks like that is shocking, so he's very necessary. Also, against other aggro decks, which run many small weenie dudes, Oxid becomes a menace. All in all, after using him, he's even better than you'd think. Chieftains are also great, so I may try some games running a 3-2 instead of the 2-3 I've been using.
I own all the cards necessary to make any one of my decks, but I do proxy cards between decks to save me the annoyance of switching out cards over and over.
Funniest thing is, that's a close recount of what happened. My opponent looked at me a said, "I'm just gonna...play this island if that's cool." XD
Yeah, sideboard it, see how it runs in both cases...and adapt from there. =]
Yeah sure I'll take a look at it.
You don't need Telepathy. If you Iso control them, then you don't need to worry about what they play, and if you are extracting, you know EVERY card they could play.
Thanks dude. Glad you like it
Well certainly not Untamed Might. That card is SO BAD (I mean...baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad). However, with Tanglewurm, trample is kinda redundant...Hmmmm...
Control decks love to use walls. Specifically, they love Wall of Omens. These walls are surprisingly effective at holding off an aggro army. That is, unless you have Oxid Rigde. He gets huge and then blasts through those walls. I beat that Jace deck because I dropped Oxid and attacked him directly, with the Wall of Omens doing nothing at all to stop it. =]
Liege is just amazing. People quickly underestimate the power of that worm army he makes.
Oh yeah, oops. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=124778 There it is. =]
7 land stomp? I haven't seen one of these things in years.
