With your mana base I wouldn't run 2 moorland haunts you may not get your colors fast enough Also 1 of each shock would make farseek better (farseek gets shocks) Then after mana two cards here strike me as bad cards Spectral flight and artic Aven Niether are that good why run them Fog is also a card people don't normally run it typically takes the place of a card that could help you ( like supreme verdict) Why negate over dissipate?

Ruiz maddi guildmage is bad and the cackler is not great (either can't block or is a vanilla 1/1 is not what you want) you can use some kind of finisher after you empty thier hand like thundermaw hellkite or Olivia Shrieking affliction is also a notable mention Also dreadbore beats augur spree Lilliana of the veil is good here but loxodon smiter is going to be a pain for this dck

Killing wave is a pretty suboptimal sweeper really you don't want people to have choices Choices are bad! Almost always there's a reason despite amazing stats vexing devil isn't used much Anyway I'd say blasphemous act should kill everything your having problems with unless your opponent slams their worldspone wurm This is what the latern was made for use it over golgari and izzet keyrune which both give you bad creatures you really can't utilize
Elders ale wurm is a terrible card I would never be able to cast him no ramp and if I hit 7 turns I'm dead Elder of laurels is worse as I need 4 mana to pump something maybe +2/2 this deck is fast but fragile really
That's only good on Unflipped delver and invisible stalker and even then this deck is kid f supposed to jut go off and hit most of thier life in a turn or teo
Mull is a tough deck to win with the best way it to go blue green and if you'd like a third color The reason is the build up lots of mana while fogging play jace and mill for ten all while fogging consistently In mono blue there's really just a limit to how much you can do but run 4 thought scour's 4 mind sculpts 3x jaces No gilded lotus 4x augur if bolas 2x at most archeomancer 23 land
To make this deck work you new less planeswalkers a deck with 17 will not work really also if possible cut it down to 3 color's it'll make your mana base cheaper to build As it is you need 4 city of brass 8 fetches 12 shocks and that's probably the cheapest way to build this mana base Also use defenderfog bank pride guardian and lots of wrath effect like day of judgement supreme verdict etc etc Dropping your walker count will allow you to make time to actually play several of them

Pills of flame is an absolute must in this deck I use mizzium Over bonfire for several reason one being is that it's not dead in hand where bonfire is not and I really don't think you need both with a lot of spot removal 4 far seek and 3 keyrune will get you to 5 mana Rakdos's return is a good card here as a two of normally it strips control decks from there hand and attachs a fireball If your running just one planeswalker Garruk relentless is your guy he fetches fatties for you Underworld connections is a boss against control deck you just keep drawing all day You've seen mine if you want anymore ideas
And about 24 lands cut a swamp and a swarmyard
You need draw like sign in bloo or underworld connections
Infinite or 1 turn combo's Double myr galvansier and two mana myr's infinite mana ( 1 palladium myr works) Hermit Druid nacromoeba (2x ) dread return then some graveyard combo there's a ton (my favorite sutures ghoul dragon breath and 20 or more power in yard swing for win) Activate the Druid with no basic lands in deck mill your deck recur the two nacromoeba sac all three to dread return and swing for 20 Cloud stone curio 2 zero costs creature of the same type and enter te battlefield effect like double memnite and warstorm surge with cloudstone is infinite on infinite opponents That's all I get off the top I my head
Stuffy doll and guilty concious is a instant win and I personally love any thing that goes infinite and wins
Trostani sees lots of play actually I think hellhole flailer is under rated by a decent margin
Grove I te guardian won't work it costs 5 mana and a tap so 6 mana then you have to have to lands animated already that's at least 10 mana

I'd run 4 moonmist over clinging mists it's cheaper if you hit werewolves you may be screwed anyway but that's personal choice Physic spiral is a bad card. Dream twist a bad card here because when your not fogging you want cards that wreck board ( supreme verdict terminus) mill massively ( jace or increasing confusion flashbacked) or gain life or draw card small mill is just space on the deck Dissipate seems odd?
