Don't add craterhoof he's not going to be played costing 8 if the games long enough you've hit 8 land drops your opponents in control anyway And there's ton's of cards that you could say ajani -3 would end games If you feel like a big card like that is nessecary in sideboard or main deck use sigarda, host of herons 5/5 hexproof flying that can end games

Uh why is your friend playing 54 card decks And to the guy above this would be destroyed in modern he's running rebuke they run path to exile He's running Aura's which just get you to lose an extra card when they smash your creature So no this isn't a modern deck that's going to win anything As far as improving the deck Cut gimicky cards like bushi tenderfoot candles glow Cut cards with converted costs of 6 or more you won't get there without ramp consitently espically with twenty one lands Cut Audra's that enchant your creatures that's bad people then oblivion ring your creature for value Use emeria the sky ruin in your lands just 1 thou and if the game stalls she'll give you a boost Whatever cards you run try to start running close to 4
Brimstone volleyis a card this deck needs you've got an all in Aggro vibe to thi with nocturnus lose bloodline keeper and blood throne Brimstone volley will give you reach for those last points of damage
Lol angel of serenity is te difference lol you should look into in any deck that can cast it I would argue that and cavern make my bant deck strong only cavern is really tech thou

The only suggestion I have (you've already answered augur spree) Is to look into tamiyo over jace both good and both would work here And this where that bant deck shines against you cant counter it and ill d-sphere you until I need to wrath Then drop my three for or two for 1's

Yes dark ritual entomb reanimate (not just Iona any fatty of choice except emarkul) It happens turn 1 normally turn two thou lol Dredge is just as fast capable of swinging for 22 on turn 1 I've seen it but I don't know how it works its been a while And there's all kinds of similar shenanigans in legacy allies built by anyone can't keep up The only tribe I know of is goblins in legacy ideally swinging for lethal consistently despite interruption turn 4
You can't mana leak abrupt decay lol it says pay three or counter this spell I don't pay three Counter attempts then fails lol abrupt decay And lol it's the exception k wouldn't add enchantements protection but rather things that find combo peices

Aggro goes cool story bro AGGRO SMASH then you lose People keep trying to flicker with the smuggler he's a bad and and if he becomes a problem people will pillar if flame him This deck needs early defense like pillar of flame, mortars dreadbore something How does this deck plan on winning playing bolas? You can't do that before turn 8 at all which is way late late game
Typically If you need utility lands gavony township or grow of the guardian are going to better choices
Lol two colors lands are optional three color their nessecary and ravinca makes that third color useful just like alara made it worth playing 5 for some cards
No I did that's why my way out is so unique abrupt decay is uncounterable so erayodoesn counter it lol then she is destroyed by it it's actually about the only way out of the lock that I see And ascetism is unnescary you want to drop and flip Erayo same turn
Psh my standard deck could break out of this lock that's be epic abrupt decay on arcane laboratory or Erayo lol FTW for the two in the main dck
Blue is way Better for this ( invisible stalker giest of saint traft etc etc) I do like vexing devil undying evil interaction The more I look at this deck the more I think red black is the worst color scheme for it But you should add in 3x key rune 2x thundermaw hellkite 4x zealous conscripts Remove undying evil and te devil as well as the ring you will rarely have mana for it to work anyway
