I was thinking maybe it had been comparing the deck to a Chapman Grand touch-bass. It's basically a bass stripped bare of everything non-essential, and because of this it allows for easy tapping, thus classifying it as a 'touch' instrument.

If you've ever listened to Dream Theater, John Myung plays stick bass. And if you're a King Crimson fan, Tony Levin was also a stick player, and Trey Gunn plays touch guitar.

Wow, B/w Pox... Sounds crazy enough to work, and be even more brutal o_0

As for the sleeving it up in Pox, the idea isn't to let them know what I'm playing, but rather to let them know they'll hate it. And maybe Batman once it's done

It's pretty epic, especially for a bit of the ol' Tarmogoyf killing XD

Yeah... I don't usually scoop, but when I do, it's to Extraction. I've gone toe-to-toe with Lands and Stax game one, and won, but rarely does my style of design allow for me to beat Extraction...

You could use that entirety of the new printing of Smallpox for sleeves, and it would fit perfect.

True. I guess I'm meta biasing again, as the only ETB I keep seeing is SFM. Which while epic, has never been worth Torpor to me.

I can follow your logic though, so go for it man.

On reflection, I think I'd just take the orbs out all together, drop in a pair of Jittes, and up Gambit to a playset. Toropr Orb is more of a sideboard thing to me.

I like the idea of Jittes here, it's just it seems a bit win-more to me. I like my stax to lock first, lock again, and then come back the next day to make sure nothing changed other than them scooping.

Also(blatant advertising ahead!), I made a Pox deck I think you might find interesting. I'd love some feedback on it

While that would be the easy way out, not many people would be okay with that game XD

Also, I think this would be fitting for a deck such as this. What do you think about this as the image on custom sleeves? http://www.myfacewhen.com/329/

I think I'd go with that as well if you want Jitte in the deck.

I'm kind of a parallel to people like Wump, or Joe usually is, in that I'm hyper-controlling. I love Jin-Gitaxias, and have won many games from it already, but I prefer Iona, hence my lineup.

And as for Animate Dead, it only targets the creature in the graveyard(where shroud counts for jack), so you're in the clear.

As for lifelinking beatsticks, I like Sphinx of the Steel Wind. It's a boss against Zoo and Burn, and gives BUG a workout to kill it. It's pretty much the only lifelinker most Reanimators will use, because it's quite simply the most effective.

Yeah, I keep tabs on your affinity primer on salvation, and on the deck itself here... I keep finding myself going 'if it wasn't for you, I'd be a king against all breeds of aggro...' Each time I see changes I just kind of sigh and note what's threatening me the most.

I know what you mean... My reanimator has as of yet lost ONE MATCH to an aggro deck... I wonder what they could have been using... Oh yes, Joe's list.

I dunno about him, but most people gave you that when you made your Ghast Control deck. Thing was just nasty.

Derp, I knew I was forgetting something. And as for Braids, I think I'd have to pass... Had more than my share of sociopaths >_<

Wow, and I thought using Another World by M. C. Escher on my newer Nether Void deck was a good fit. The graveyard is simply spectacular, and fits the flavour PERFECTLY.

^Mishra's Factory, and Lodestone Golem for Stax. Nether Spirit, Tombstalker, and more factories for Pox. And for my particular brand of Nether Void decks, Bloodghast, and Factories XD

These decks are classified as 'lockdown', 'lockout', 'prison', and 'suicide control' usually. My builds fall in the category of lockout, and sometimes suicides. I don't stare my opponent down, I beat them there.
