True :D I've had 1 turn 1 kill with archive traps :D
But yeah, win the game turns. 5-6 is okay, considering that you have blockers. I have to run faster and be more vulnerable by not having many critters.

I saw that you only had 8 creatures early enough to defend ashiok. didn't see the geth's verdict!
11 sourcess should be enough.

No need to add more lands. A deck with 22 lands can support 2 shelldock isle (or taplands/temples whatever) with ease.

What are the average kill-turn in your estimate?

As in your other deck I have isues with ensnaring bridge.

And my standard response to seing counterspells in mill is:
1: There are only 3 counterspells I've used successfully in mill. flusterstorm, remand and broken ambitions.
(Remand demands that you play with surgical extraction and/or extirpate as well)
2: Traditionally discard seems to perform better in mill than counterspells does.
(Probably in combination with surgical extraction and/or extirpate)

And since this is legacy:
Consider what 4 wastelands, 4 ghostquarters 4 noxious revival, 4 surgical extraction and 4 surgical extraction can do.
It comes pretty close to being land destruction :D This concept needs some sort of draw engine to work though...

At a point in my long milling career I tested the bridge a lot, and even in a deck with only cc 1 and 2 it was hard to get into play in time to stop the aggro opponents. It does wonders against stuff like emrakul/show and tell But that's about it :(
With 7 3cc and 2 4cc you will likely lock your bridge down for too long a time.

Trapmaker's snare is really overlooked in mill. Coupled with archive trap it actually makes turn 2 kills doable with mill, but this only happens against players who search, so you need something that makes them search. On that account 2 ghostquarters might be too little. The trouble starts when you face mono-color with 4 ghostquarters, so 2 in sideboard and 2 in main might be a solution.
I started out milling with a deck based on archive trap, trapmakers snare and fertilid, and it was actually quite fast but was too easy to counter. Perhaps the snares dedicate the deck too much?

Appart from these two points the deck is a clasic :D

Heh! With mesmeric orb and riddlekeeper in play you can seriously punnish aggro, so at least mesmeric orb should go into the sideboard.

MURSH:
I like the propaganda input. Works well with the walls.

However, what about adding 4 mesmeric orb and 4 noxious revival into the deck?
By selfmilling a bit the noxious revivals may dig up the necessary pieces, or may reestablish the defense after damnation has hit?

You should see some of my work.
I got a very reliable modern mill killing at turn 3-5 (mainly 4-5)
I've scored 9,9,6,9 and 12 points with it at the last 5 tournaments I played with it (I changed deck because of a new project)
(In case you don't know, 3 points equal one defeated opponent)

I also copy the newest mill-decks in modern whenever someone gets top 8 with one:

I think that ashiok is too vulnerable in this design, as there is only a few creatures in your build : (

And now I spam you with my own work, and some news on the newest modern mill-designs...

Hedron crab can be very devastating without fetchlands so just go ahead and keep it cheap :D

If there's a primer on mill, I'd like to have a link to it, as I consider myself quite an expert on mill.

Play less temples, but use moonfolks like floodbringer to bounce them back into your hand!
This should be a lategame strategy only so base as few cards on that part as possible.

Also, if you don't refrain from using old cards, try out wand of denial! With 4 wands and 4 lanterns you will almost always draw a lock, but for early lockdown use trinket mage with the lantern or play with ancient tomb to drive the wand of denial.

For examples of this check out my "stranglemill"
